It could be a splitting a bill at a restaurant or delivering on their promised part of the bargain or doing something to change the culture or create community impact. It could be taking initiative or appropriate responsibility at work. The reasons could be many- one could be that they are\u00a0selfish<\/em><\/span>\u00a0but that being said , it is also likely that there is a distinct\u00a0lack of skill<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0resources<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0a feeling of inadequacy <\/em><\/span>that they have.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n So, the\u00a0arithmetic<\/em><\/span>\u00a0is simple- many people do far less than what they should.
