The \u2018<strong>Me<\/strong>\u2019 in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Social Me\u2019dia<\/em><\/span> is the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Custo\u2019me\u2019r<\/em><\/span>: Your job is to give them something to <strong><em>talk, yelp, post, upload, converse about<\/em><\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With each customer interaction on these public platforms, not only has your brand to manage the expectations of the original customer in question but also the emotions and perspectives of dozens or hundreds or even thousands of other customers and potential customers bearing <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>witness<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-885\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sureshdinakaran.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Generousation-Next.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why it is more important to be <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>mindful<\/em><\/span> of <strong>what<\/strong> your <strong>brand<\/strong> says to the customers <strong>online<\/strong> but <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>HOW<\/strong><\/span> it is conveyed as well. Customers Second<\/em><\/span>(there is a lot of meaning in this contradiction). Transfer the ownership of \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>change<\/strong><\/span>\u201d to the<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em> employee<\/em><\/span> in the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>value zone<\/em><\/span>. You can\u2019t have happy, enthused customers without happy, engaged employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The customer-centric company looks at customer service as a philosophy to be embraced by every employee of the company.
