There is no place more comforting than the domicile called ‘\u00a0status quo<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0‘.\u00a0As is, where is<\/em>, comforted by impasse, numbed by inaction, distanced from initiative and delinked from responsibility.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Status quo<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is very powerful, way more than we can imagine. And left to our own devices, many of us would fail to go where we hope to.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The one place that defends the\u00a0status quo\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>long past the time when the quo has lost its status is ‘\u00a0bureaucracy<\/strong>\u00a0‘.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But, the riskiest thing we can do is just maintain the\u00a0status quo<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0Ronald Reagan\u00a0<\/strong>once quoted ”\u00a0Status quo, you know, is Latin for ‘the mess we’re in\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Change<\/strong> doesn’t always mean progress, but the\u00a0status quo<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0isn’t always the best result either. It is merely the most convenient<\/span><\/strong>. And in the modern, scalable industrial complex,\u00a0convenience<\/em><\/strong> is the quilt that blankets logical reasoning, initiative and taking that leap of faith.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Faith can be made a willing accomplice. And self belief a reassuring ally. Progress and forward motion happens when individuals and organizations decide to adopt a posture of possibility<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. When they take the leap.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Are we enabling not just ourselves but others too to embrace possibility?<\/p>\n
