Inspired? Yes, absolutely.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It shouldn&#8217;t be such a difficult thing to do, but, yet it is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>How to love yourself.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of the best guides to how to be <em><strong>self-loving<\/strong><\/em> is to <em><strong>give ourselves the love<\/strong><\/em> we are often dreaming about receiving from others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There will be times when you will be feeling lousy about your state of mind, your over-fifty body, your hair, you see yourself as too fat, too this or too that..it&#8217;s a rabbit hole that we all go into.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Yet you fantasise about finding someone who would give you the gift of being loved as you are.<strong><em> Contrarian, isn&#8217;t it?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is silly, isn&#8217;t it, that you would <strong><em>dream<\/em><\/strong> of someone else offering to you the same <em><strong>acceptance<\/strong><\/em> and <strong><em>affirmation<\/em><\/strong> that you are voluntarily <strong><em>withholding from yourself.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The word &#8216; <em><strong>love<\/strong> <\/em>&#8216; is most often defined as a noun. But, it is worth altering the trajectory. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>We would all love better <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">if the word love is used as a verb<\/span>, rather than a noun.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The ask here is: could we proactively <strong><em>offer a new ethic<\/em><\/strong> for a <strong><em>society bereft with lovelessness<\/em><\/strong>&#8211; not the lack of romance, but the lack of care, compassion, unity ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>People are divided by our <strong><em>society&#8217;s failure<\/em><\/strong> to <strong><em>provide a model<\/em><\/strong> for <strong><em>learning to love.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Should we be razing the <strong><em>cultural paradigm<\/em><\/strong> for a <em><strong>new path to love<\/strong><\/em> that is <em><strong>sacred, redemptive<\/strong><\/em>, and<em><strong> healing<\/strong><\/em> for <em><strong>individuals<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>society<\/strong><\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Definitely so.
