From the CEO furtively Googling acronyms under the table to the new hire reciting memorized industry jargon\u2014<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>humanity&#8217;s greatest collective achievement isn&#8217;t civilization, it&#8217;s our worldwide conspiracy of confidence<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Confidence is a Ponzi Scheme, and you\u2019re the founder<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0 \u00a0Confidence isn\u2019t something you\u2019re born with\u2014it\u2019s something you fabricate until it becomes real. Think of it as a mental Ponzi scheme where you\u2019re both the scammer and the beneficiary. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandknewmag.com\/25-of-richard-bransons-favorite-quotes\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Richard Branson<\/em><\/span><\/a> started <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Virgin Records<\/em><\/span> with zero experience in the music industry. No one is ever truly ready.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the day,\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Fake It Till You Make It\u201d<\/em><\/span>\u00a0isn\u2019t about lying\u2014it\u2019s about\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>believing in yourself before the world does<\/em><\/span>.
