Attribute it to established practice, the culture fit, our own inertia, all combine surreptitiously to ensure the path most chosen is the path most trodden. The rallying cry &#8221; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>we have always done in that way<\/em><\/span> &#8220;, helps in no measure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That being said, there\u2019s more than one way to reach your goal. The most obvious path is often the most crowded path\u2014<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>of high enrollment and low possibility<\/em><\/span>&#8211; and therefore the most difficult. It\u2019s indeed a very overcrowded space, fueled in large doses by what we call the \u2018\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>herd mentality<\/em><\/span>\u00a0\u2018 and the supposed \u2018\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>wisdom of the crowds <\/em><\/span><b>\u2018<\/b>.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Red Ocean<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>territory. But <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>the most rewarding trails are the ones we make for ourselves<\/em><\/span>. The road less travelled. Those are ones we can leave behind for others to follow. It also means we find new places few others haven&#8217;t gone before.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>Our comfort zones are the domicile where our dreams travel to gather dust<\/em>.<\/span> As you take your plunge and that overdue\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>leap of faith<\/em><\/span>, you need to let go of the trapeze and\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>trust<\/em><\/span>\u00a0that you will find your wings on the way down or find an handle to hang onto. The typical playbook will never encourage to disrupt the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>status quo<\/em><\/span>.
