The tectonic shift to digital might be overwhelming. And in some cases fraught with risk and superfluous. But, in certain areas, leaders are finding it be impactful and efficient. The question is you were stuck(happy?) in your status quo<\/span><\/em> and you didn’t move forward to embracing the possibility of changing & getting better. Being the happy laggard, you let it drift. And bided your time to follow when it had become a herd. Why? It’s easier to follow than to lead. Herd mentality<\/a> and status quo are Siamese twins<\/em><\/span>. Feeding off each other.<\/p>\n If you are waiting to do something because you are forced to is not something that leaders look at for growth and progress. We all suffer from the Hero Trap<\/span><\/em>. Our abrupt shift might cause the change(with much friction) but they are rarely efficient and often destabilizing.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Possibilities are all around us, provided we are willing to take the lead<\/em><\/span>.
